Key Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
- Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of North Dakota or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations
