Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing setting
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Familiarity with geriatric patient populations
• Strong documentation and communication skills
