Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Deliver treatment to orthopedic populations, including post-operative patients and young athletes
- Implement individualized therapy programs targeting debility, fall prevention, and balance improvement
- Maintain a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio throughout all treatment sessions
- Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma state PTA license or valid compact license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Demonstrated competency working with orthopedic, post-operative, and balance/falls populations
- No on-call or weekend requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2 or more years of experience as a PTA, particularly in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Experience working with young athletes and sports rehabilitation populations
- Familiarity with Meditech electronic health records system
