    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy treatment to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Deliver care to both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation patients
    • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized patient goals
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Maryland
    • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
    • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with a weekend rotation
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or short-term rehabilitation setting
    • Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in a SNF environment
