    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver physical therapy treatment to patients under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
    • Assist in patient assessments and adjust treatment approaches based on patient response and therapist guidance
    • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and safe functional activities
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated patient care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active PTA license in the state of New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain)
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • Ability to work day shift hours for the duration of a 14-week contract
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
    • Strong documentation and communication skills
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations
