Provide physical therapy treatment and interventions to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT
Document patient progress, treatment notes, and updates in accordance with facility standards
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and progress
Maintain valid state licensure and comply with all facility credentialing requirements
Present valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on-site
Required Qualifications
Active California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
Ability to comply with facility registry personnel policies, including wearing a photo badge at all times
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
