Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Position.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to work days shift.
• Willingness to float to other nearby outpatient locations as needed.
