Key Responsibilities
- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans within the outpatient therapy setting
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the supervising therapist and care team regarding patient status and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina permanent Physical Therapy Assistant license required — compact licensure is not accepted
- Prior experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting
- Must be able to fulfill credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
- Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
