    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients in a home-based care setting within an assigned geographical region
    • Treat patients presenting with a variety of diagnoses including orthopedic conditions, strokes, joint conditions, and spinal injuries
    • Complete and maintain OASIS documentation as required by government mandate
    • Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely patient documentation
    • Adhere to dress code requirements: business attire with white lab coat; no jeans
    Required Qualifications
    • Active PTA licensure in the state of California
    • BLS certification required
    • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in physical therapy
    • Experience with OASIS documentation (government-mandated form) is required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a home health setting
    • Familiarity with Cerner EMR
    • Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, and spinal injury patient populations
