    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible); every 3rd weekend required; minor holidays required, major holidays as needed

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients in a home-based care setting within an assigned geographical region
    • Treat patients presenting with a variety of diagnoses including orthopedic conditions, strokes, joint and spinal injuries
    • Complete and maintain OASIS documentation in accordance with government requirements
    • Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely patient recordkeeping
    • Adhere to professional dress standards, including business attire and white lab coat (no jeans)
    • Participate in an orientation period of approximately 1.5–2 weeks upon start
    Required Qualifications
    • Active PTA licensure in the state of California
    • BLS certification required
    • Minimum of one year of experience in a physical therapy assistant role
    • Experience completing OASIS documentation (government-mandated form)
    • Ability to work every 3rd weekend and minor holidays as scheduled
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a home health or home-based care setting
    • Familiarity with Cerner EMR
    • Experience treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, or spinal injury diagnoses
