Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established care goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Carry and display a valid state or federal issued photo ID badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active New Mexico Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
- Current and valid state or federal issued photo identification
- Ability to fulfill a 15-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Familiarity with therapy documentation and electronic health records
