Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
Active PTA license in the state of California
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous clinical experience in a rehabilitation or therapy setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
