Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- May be required to float to an additional care location in the surrounding area
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
- Minimum guaranteed hours of 35 per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
- Experience working in a float or multi-site capacity
