Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday | 36-Hour Weekly Guarantee
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
- Maintain valid state licensure and wear a photo identification badge at all times while on site
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at time of placement
- Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts for the duration of a 13-week contract
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
