Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services as part of a supportive and experienced rehab team
- Manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient care
- Apply strong clinical reasoning to support patient treatment plans and progress
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
- Active PTA license in the state of California
- Ability to manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Team-oriented and adaptable approach to patient care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated clinical reasoning skills in a rehabilitation setting
- Experience with caseload prioritization and patient management
