Key Responsibilities
Treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist
Record patients' progress accurately and thoroughly following each treatment session
Report treatment results and patient progress to the supervising physical therapist
Contribute to personalized care plans aligned with each patient's individual goals and needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of PTA experience required
Active Texas state license or compact license required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a long term care or skilled nursing facility setting
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary therapy team
