Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
- Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment
- Adhere to all facility dress code, safety, and operational policies as outlined during onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington or a valid Compact License (Washington and Alaska compact licenses accepted)
- Relevant clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
- Willingness to complete any additional documentation required by the facility outside of standard clearance processes
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in an outpatient or multi-site physical therapy setting
- Experience as a traveling PTA with familiarity navigating credentialing processes
