Key Responsibilities- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training to patients
- Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Jersey
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an outpatient, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
