Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and functional goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
- Experience working with geriatric populations
- Strong documentation and communication skills
