Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida State PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or similar outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to follow established care plans and collaborate with supervising Physical Therapist.
