Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient settings under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist
Treat patients presenting with conditions such as back pain, sports injuries, post-orthopedic surgery recovery, stroke, and chronic conditions including arthritis and Parkinson's disease
Assist in the delivery of pelvic floor care as needed
Collaborate as part of a small, close-knit physical therapy department to deliver quality patient care
Required Qualifications
Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Active and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Kansas
Experience working in acute care settings
Ability to treat a diverse patient population across outpatient and inpatient environments
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience or training in pelvic floor therapy
Background working in rural healthcare environments
Familiarity with rehabilitation of neurological and chronic condition patients
