Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatment to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility environment
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident rehabilitation goals
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff regarding treatment progress
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Ability to work a Monday through Friday daytime schedule with no weekend rotation
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
