    Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5×8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
    • Assist in patient assessments and progress monitoring as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
    • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout the course of treatment
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required — compact license accepted at start, but permanent state licensure must be obtained promptly
    • Experience in the applicable outpatient physical therapy setting
    • Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
    • Must not have worked at this facility as permanent staff or PRN within the past year
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
    • Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation protocols
    • Strong documentation skills and ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific EMR systems
