Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatment to patients under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and goals
- Maintain a valid state-issued photo ID and wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility check-in
- Ability to comply with facility badging and identification requirements at all times
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-need environment
