    Key Responsibilities
    • Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a supervising Physical Therapist
    • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitative interventions to patients
    • Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
    • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe functional activities
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Illinois
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    • Ability to work day shift hours
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary team members
