Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and progress
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) documentation software
