Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in providing care across multiple facility settings as assigned
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work a Monday through Friday day shift schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting
- Experience working across multiple care settings simultaneously
