Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Implement individualized treatment plans and adjust interventions based on patient response
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all facility policies, dress code, and compliance requirements as outlined during onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
- Permanent state license required — compact license alone is not sufficient for this assignment
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
- Must be able to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
- Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
