Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment approaches accordingly
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
• Must present a state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival and wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to meet facility compliance and credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
