Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients at all times
- Must carry and present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift hours
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
