Key Responsibilities
- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the PT
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and progress
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
- Must provide valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival at the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility protocols and workflows
