Key Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy interventions in accordance with the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care
Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with patient education and development of home exercise programs
Communicate patient status updates and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active state PTA license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
Ability to follow established treatment plans and work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing physical therapy services
