Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan adjustments
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout all treatment sessions
• Present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of New Hampshire (or compact eligibility)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts for the duration of a 13-week contract
• Must provide a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon facility check-in

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and patient populations
