Key Responsibilities
- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients during treatment sessions
- Wear a facility-issued photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival at the facility
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific protocols and workflows
