Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
• Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status
• Maintain and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of Maryland
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a fast-paced clinical or hospital-based setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
