    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy assistant services across a multi-setting community including long-term care, assisted living, and independent living facility units
    • Support residents in skilled therapy, functional mobility, and rehabilitation programming
    • Collaborate with the rehab services team and activity department on integrated resident programming, including off-site trips and community events
    • Deliver care within a large, active community environment that includes private homes, cottages, and condominium-style residences
    Required Qualifications
    • Active PTA license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain)
    • Ability to work 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
    • Experience working in a licensed care setting such as long-term care or assisted living
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a multi-level care community (LTC, AL, memory care, and/or independent living)
    • Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration including activity and rehab departments
    • Comfort working with an active senior population engaged in recreational and community programming
