Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients across a multi-county home health territory
Meet a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week
Complete all patient documentation by 10:00 AM the following day
Utilize HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic medical records system for all documentation and scheduling
Deliver skilled therapy services in accordance with the supervising physical therapist's plan of care
Required Qualifications
Active PTA license in the state of Washington
Minimum of one year of recent home health PTA experience
Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation platform
Ability to travel across a multi-county service area
Preferred Experience / Skills
Familiarity with rural and suburban home health patient populations
Strong time management and self-directed scheduling abilities
Experience managing a high-volume caseload in a home health setting
