Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients across a multi-county home health territory
- Meet a productivity expectation of a minimum of 30 points per week
- Complete all clinical documentation by 10:00 AM the following day
- Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for documentation and scheduling
- Deliver patient care in accordance with established plan of care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
- At least one year of recent home health PTA experience
- Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation system
- Ability to travel across a large multi-county service area
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with rural and varied geographic service territories
- Strong time management and self-directed work habits suited for a home health environment
