Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment to patients under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in the assessment of patient functional abilities and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
• May be required to float to a nearby facility location as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of Indiana
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Ability and willingness to float to an additional facility location in the surrounding area

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
