    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy treatment services to patients in a post-acute brain injury, stroke rehabilitation, and long-term care setting
    • Assist in delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services including physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Support patient progress through individualized treatment plans focused on functional recovery and community integration
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including Speech, Respiratory, Occupational, and Recreational Therapy, as well as Skilled Nursing and Case Management
    • Participate in weekend rotation as part of scheduled responsibilities
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Maine or eligibility to obtain
    • Experience or training in post-acute, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred
    • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with weekend rotation
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working with brain injury or stroke rehabilitation populations
    • Familiarity with CARF-accredited rehabilitation environments
    • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
