Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida State PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education under PT supervision.
