Responsibilities:- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
- Provide therapy to improve students' mobility, strength, and gross motor skills
- Monitor student progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
- Educate students and staff on therapeutic exercises and safety practices
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to support students' physical needs
- Assist in adapting classroom environments to promote accessibility and participation
Qualifications:- Completion of accredited PTA program
- Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- HI PTA licensure/certification
- First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
Job details:- Pay: $1,921.12 - $1,980.54 / week
