Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active State License is Required to Start the Position
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Clinical experience treating musculoskeletal conditions preferred.
