Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Physical Therapist-developed treatment programs to guide patients in improving their quality of life following injury, disease, or loss of a body part
- Deliver care with consideration to each patient's gender, age, cultural background, and educational needs
- Apply sound clinical judgment while maintaining an empathetic and understanding attitude toward patients throughout the course of treatment
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a professional Physical Therapist Assistant education program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- Current, active PTA licensure in the state of Montana
- Must reside at least 250 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in both outpatient and inpatient therapy settings
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse patient population
