Schedule / Job Type
Contract (8-Week or 12-Week) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Expected 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatment to a caseload of up to 8 patients per day
- Deliver care across a combination of outpatient and skilled swing-bed inpatient settings
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain
- Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Cerner EMR
- Experience working in outpatient and/or skilled nursing/swing-bed settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rural or critical access healthcare environment
- Familiarity with swing-bed program protocols and documentation requirements
