    Minimum Requirements:

    • Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
    • Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in FL prior to or at start of employment.
    • Experience or comfort working in an outpatient setting is preferred.
    • New graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply.
    • Ability to provide patient treatment and document per established plans under PT supervision.
    • BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide physical therapy treatment to patients in accordance with an established treatment plan as directed by a Physical Therapist.
    • Progress patients safely through treatment within the patient's maximum capabilities.
    • Consult with supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and changes in condition.
    • Document treatment and pertinent patient interactions in accordance with clinic policies.
    • Provide patient and family education regarding home programs and activities.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with the rehabilitation team.


    What You’ll Need

    • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
    • Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
    • Passion to learn and grow. New graduates welcome.
