    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 40 hours per week | Flexible scheduling options available including five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts | Clinic hours Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Temp-to-hire potential

    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver outpatient physical therapy services across a broad range of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
    • Treat a diverse patient population spanning pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groupsmanage a caseload of approximately 55–60 patients per week, conducting 60-minute evaluations as assigned
    • Participate in group and concurrent therapy sessions as well as screenings and caseload building
    • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the NextGen documentation system
    • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team including physical therapists, aides, and patient experience coordinators
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility to practice in the state of Georgia
    • Outpatient physical therapy experience required
    • Ability to treat a wide variety of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
    • Proficiency or ability to learn the NextGen electronic documentation system
    • Ability to maintain productivity expectations of 55–60 patients per week
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a PTA preferred; new graduates with orthopedic experience will be considered
    • Experience treating neurological conditions such as CVA, Parkinson's Disease, MS, Spinal Cord Injury, or Traumatic Brain Injury
    • Familiarity with vestibular rehabilitation including vertigo and vestibular disorders
