Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services across a broad range of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Treat a diverse patient population spanning pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groupsmanage a caseload of approximately 55–60 patients per week, conducting 60-minute evaluations as assigned
- Participate in group and concurrent therapy sessions as well as screenings and caseload building
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the NextGen documentation system
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team including physical therapists, aides, and patient experience coordinators
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility to practice in the state of Georgia
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Ability to treat a wide variety of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
- Proficiency or ability to learn the NextGen electronic documentation system
- Ability to maintain productivity expectations of 55–60 patients per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a PTA preferred; new graduates with orthopedic experience will be considered
- Experience treating neurological conditions such as CVA, Parkinson's Disease, MS, Spinal Cord Injury, or Traumatic Brain Injury
- Familiarity with vestibular rehabilitation including vertigo and vestibular disorders
