Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
• Assist in patient assessments and adjust interventions as directed by the supervising PT
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout the course of care
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility and wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
