Contract | 13 Weeks | Monday – Friday, Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients within a long-term acute care hospital setting
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and clinical notes using facility EMR systems (Protouch / Net Health)
- Adhere to facility dress code and departmental protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery goals
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Compliance with facility scrub color requirements (Navy Blue)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting
- Familiarity with Protouch and/or Net Health EMR platforms
- Travel therapy assignment experience
