Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and plan of care
Required Qualifications- Active Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant license, or proof of application with an estimated approval date
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
